Privacy Policy
Effective September 17, 2026
This site, idrexplorer.com ("IDR Explorer", "we", "us"), publishes analysis of the Federal Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) public use files released by CMS. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and how we use it.
What this site contains
The statistics on this site are computed from public government data. They do not contain patient information. Named parties (provider groups, health plans, IDR entities, and representatives) appear because they are named in the public use files published by CMS.
Information we collect
- Audit requests. If you request a free NSA audit, we collect what you submit on the form: your name, work email, optional phone number, role, state, specialty, payer selections, out-of-network status, current IDR filing status, and approximate claim volume.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to serve and secure the site.
- Advertising and measurement. We use the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure how our ads perform. This shares standard event data with Meta (for example, that a page was viewed or an audit was requested), along with cookies and hashed contact details (such as email and phone) used for measurement matching, subject to Meta's privacy policy. We do not share your audit answers (specialty, payers, claim volumes, or similar) with Meta.
Please do not submit patient information or claims documents through this site. The audit request form does not need them, and we do not want them at this stage.
How we use it
- To prepare and deliver the audit you requested.
- To contact you about your request, including clarifying questions and follow-up about related services.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
We do not sell your information.
Sharing
We use service providers to operate this site and store form submissions (currently Cloudflare). We share information with them only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Retention
We keep audit request information for as long as needed for the purposes above, and delete it on request.
Your choices
To access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or to opt out of follow-up contact, email [email protected].
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
